子供たちが神隠しにあう事件が続発。百目は学校から帰る途中、行方不明の子供を連れ歩く百目親父の姿を目撃し、自分の父親が悪事を働いていると思って心を傷める。それを聞いた悪魔くんは、頭痛で戦えないメフィスト2世の代わりに現われたメフィスト老と共に、真相を確かめるべく百目親父の隠れ家へと向かう。
