it’s so sad that Katie had to bear witness to that. i feel bad for the violent attack that her mom survived but i don’t blame the husband for leaving. no doubt she would have lied and made him believe the child was his until he told her about his vasectomy. of course the end was sad but just because she lost the memory of what happened doesn’t mean he did or should get over it. actions have consequences.
