How do the other inmates deal with what they have done to their victims?

E3. Damage and disgrace

Maik hears what the penalty is for the drugs found in his cell. Singer Xander de Buisonjé also ends up behind bars today, just like musical star Tommie Christiaan. Tommie runs into an old acquaintance, and that immediately puts things under pressure. There is fertile ground for intimidation. Due to all the intense stories from fellow inmates, Xander's past resurfaces as well. His cellmate shows all the bullet scars in his body and makes it clear that prison is no playground.

E4. Trauma behind bars

In sessions and outside of them, the inmates reflect on all the misery they have inflicted on others and experienced themselves. This evokes considerable emotion in Xander and Tommie. Xander can no longer stand it with his cellmate and requests a transfer. Tommie's cellmate decides it is time to really subject him to a hazing ritual, just as the musical star finally seems to be starting to feel a little comfortable.

E5. University of crime

E6. Sentenced to life

They feel that their punishment only truly begins after leaving prison and resembles a life sentence more than anything else. For London, his stay is becoming harder by the day. Wybren takes considerable risks. He risks solitary confinement by attempting to make a call using a smuggled phone and opts for a tight sports outfit that causes considerable irritation. The longing for freedom grows.
